MushOps is a software product of Lapland’s Wild Paws. MushOps is not a separate legal entity.

All contracts relating to the use of MushOps are concluded with Lapland’s Wild Paws unless expressly stated otherwise.

Applicable Law

This website and the MushOps service are operated under Swedish law.

Where the customer is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under Swedish law or other applicable consumer protection legislation remain unaffected.

Intellectual Property

MushOps, including its software, name, branding, website, design, documentation, graphics and other content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise permitted by law, such material may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior permission from Lapland’s Wild Paws or the respective rights holder..
