Right of Withdrawal

Information for Consumers

If you are a consumer and enter into a distance contract for MushOps with Lapland’s Wild Paws, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins in accordance with the statutory rules applicable to the relevant type of contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Where available or required by law, you may also use the online withdrawal function provided on the MushOps website.

It is sufficient to submit your withdrawal before expiry of the applicable withdrawal period.

Services Started During the Withdrawal Period

If you expressly request that a paid service begins during the withdrawal period and subsequently exercise a valid right of withdrawal, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service already supplied where permitted by applicable law.

Any loss or limitation of a statutory right of withdrawal applies only where all applicable legal requirements have been fulfilled.

Purchases through App Stores

If a MushOps subscription was purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, additional procedures of the applicable platform may apply to payment processing and refunds.

These procedures do not limit mandatory statutory consumer rights.
